Who Does That??

I'm going to start a series I want to call, "Who does that?"

We've all hear stories or seen something and wondered, "Who does that??" Who thinks this kind of (insert word) is reasonable, a good idea, would be fun.... 

The time that one guy started talking about this girl, how she had some curves and was showing off her figure to the guy.

The "girl" was 2. A toddler. A baby!

Who does that?? Who sexualizes a freaking toddler??!?
